now my hand still abit pain..

like some1 using something to hit on your hand very hard..swt...

and also my back bah...when i run very fast the back is like..
walao cannot support...pain ==...then whole body like falling down..
ai..guess you all also curious why i felt down gua? xD...
actually i felt down on Monday lol..
i ter-Gou my friend's leg during PJK time..
then my whole ass Bang on the floor..then my hand was like..
hmm..lol dont know how to explain hahaha...
and uhm...i think 2 more weeks...
its going to be Men single and double badminton competition..gg..
i hope my hand and back will be ok after 1 week or 2 week bah..lol..
just hope its ok during the game lahh..><...
and erm..today i went club..
to be umpire..i guess? haha..
helped to count the score for i think..2games? lol..
jia wei and his partner that team lost..lols..mistake alot gua..
but then leh...women single..gg...my "Tou Dai" won..champion eneh..
jkjk..not my Tou Dai lah XD...haha..actually is she pro only lah..
